Returns

Returning any of our products ( Replacement goods will be sent,  no refund. A picture and proof within 24 hour after delivery is required. )
  • Faulty Or Damaged goods received. 
  • Incorrect order being dispatched.
    • We cannot accept return goods, if the security seal on the eyelash box has been removed due to hygiene reasons.
    • All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by recorded delivery
    • Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number, if possible) with your return in addition to a brief description (1-2 sentences) about why you are returning the products.  
    • Please remember your Customer statutory rights remain the same and unaffected.
