Returning any of our products ( Replacement goods will be sent, no refund. A picture and proof within 24 hour after delivery is required. )
- Faulty Or Damaged goods received.
- Incorrect order being dispatched.
- We cannot accept return goods, if the security seal on the eyelash box has been removed due to hygiene reasons.
- All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by recorded delivery
- Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number, if possible) with your return in addition to a brief description (1-2 sentences) about why you are returning the products.
